Acceptable Use Policy

What you can and cannot upload or make with Zombie Hug.

Last updated: 6 October 2026.

Who can use Zombie Hug

  • You must be 18 or older.
  • Both people in the photos must be adults (18 or older).
  • You must have permission from both people to use their photos.

Forbidden content

Do not upload photos or make videos that contain or show:

  1. Sexual content: nudity, sexual acts or sexual poses.
  2. Real violence: real injuries, gore, self-harm or threats against a real person.
  3. Hate and harassment: attacks on people because of race, religion, gender, sexual orientation, disability or origin; bullying or humiliation of a real person.
  4. Minors: any person under 18.
  5. Deepfakes and impersonation: a person who did not agree, a video made to deceive people, or a video presented as real footage.
  6. Celebrities and public figures: actors, musicians, athletes, politicians, influencers or other well-known people.
  7. Infringement: photos you have no right to use, or characters, logos and scenes from films, shows or games.

Restricted content

The story is fictional and fixed. It uses these elements only in a limited way:

  • A fictional horror look: movie-style zombie make-up on one person.
  • A prop rifle that is lowered and never fired.
  • No blood, no wounds and no bites.

You cannot change these elements, and you cannot write your own prompt.

How we enforce this policy

  • You confirm the age and permission rules before you upload. We store the time, your IP address and the version of the text.
  • An automated NSFW classifier looks at both photos and at every video before delivery. If the check blocks content or cannot finish, we do not deliver it.
  • People review reports and blocked content.
  • If you think we blocked your photo or video by mistake, email support@aizombietrend.com. A person checks it within 48 hours.

What happens if you break the rules

  • We block the content and do not deliver it.
  • We can delete the order files and disable your order link.
  • We can refuse future orders.
  • We report illegal content, such as any sexual content of a minor, to the authorities.

Sharing your video

Your video is AI-generated. When you post it, say that it is AI-generated. Do not use it to deceive people.

Report a video

If you see a video that breaks this policy, or a video of you that you did not agree to, report it. We handle reports within 48 hours.
