Refund Policy
Free remake, failed videos and refunds for unused videos.

Failed videos
Sometimes a video cannot be made. For example, the model service is down or the automatic check blocks the result. We retry automatically first. If the video still fails, it goes back to your order automatically. You can try again with the same or new photos, or ask us for a refund of that video.
Free remake
- Open your order page and ask for a remake within 7 days of delivery.
- You get 1 free remake of each video. You can swap the roles of the two people for the remake.
- A remake cannot be remade again.
Wrong faces or a missing person
If the faces are mixed, the wrong person appears or a person is missing, ask for the free remake first. If the remake has the same problem, email us with your order link. We refund that video.
Unused videos
If you bought 3 videos and used only some, you can ask for a refund of each unused video within 14 days of payment.
How refunds work
- Email support@aizombietrend.com from the address you used for the order, and include your order link.
- We check each request by hand and reply by email.
- We send the refund to the payment method you used (PayPal or card). Your payment company decides when the money shows in your account.
- After a refund, the refunded videos are removed from your order.
EU and UK customers
When you pay, you ask us to start making your video at once. You agree that you lose your right of withdrawal for a video when we deliver it. This does not change the free remake or the refund rules on this page.
