What we collect, who processes it, how long we keep it, and how you delete it.

- You do not need an account. We ask for your email address only to send you your order link.
- If you do not pay, we delete your photos 7 days after upload.
- If you pay, we delete your photos 7 days after we deliver your video.
- We delete your videos 30 days after we make them.
- You can ask us to delete your data at any time.
- We do not sell your data. We do not use your photos or videos to train AI models.
- We use Microsoft Clarity to see how visitors use our public pages. It never sees your photos, videos or email address. In the EU, the EEA, the United Kingdom and Switzerland it starts only after you accept.

We do not receive your full card number or your PayPal password. The payment company keeps them.
Usage analytics (Microsoft Clarity)
We use Microsoft Clarity to see how visitors use our public pages. Microsoft processes this data for us as our processor.
- What Clarity collects: clicks, taps, scrolls, mouse moves, the page content you see, the pages you open, your device and browser type, the approximate location from your IP address, and a random Clarity ID in a cookie. The Cookie Policy lists the cookies.
- What Clarity never receives: we mask your photos, the tint preview of your photo, your videos and their cover images, your order links and your email address. Clarity records a blank placeholder in their place. Clarity also masks everything you type into form fields.
- Where Clarity runs: only on public pages. It never runs on your order page, on a shared video link, on the sign-in pages or in the staff area, and never when someone is signed in.
- Consent in the EU, the EEA, the United Kingdom and Switzerland: if you visit from these countries, Clarity starts only after you select "Accept". To decide whether to ask, our server reads the country that Cloudflare finds from your IP address. We do not store that country. In other countries, Clarity starts without the question because we have a legitimate interest in fixing the site.
- No advertising: we tell Clarity that ad storage is denied. We do not use Clarity data for ads.
- Change your choice: select "Cookie choices" in the footer of our public pages, under "Legal". If you decline, Clarity stops and we delete its cookies on our domain.
Microsoft can process this data in the United States and other countries. Microsoft's own use of data is in the Microsoft Privacy Statement.
Who processes your data
Each company gets only the data it needs for its task.

The video and check services get your photos through private links that expire. Some of these companies process data outside your country.
Your choices and rights
- Delete your data: email support@aizombietrend.com from the address you used for the order, and include your order link. We delete your photos and videos and confirm by email. We keep only the payment record that the law requires.
- See, correct or export your data: email us with the same details.
- Complain: you can contact the data protection authority where you live.
Age
The site is only for people who are 18 or older. Photos must show adults only. If we find a photo of a child, we delete it.
Security
Your files are in private storage. Links to your photos and videos are signed and expire. Your order link is a secret. Keep it private. No system is perfectly secure, so tell us at once if you see a problem.
Cookies
The Cookie Policy lists the cookies we use.
Changes
We can change this policy. The date at the top shows the last change.
