Who we are

Zombie Hug (aizombietrend.com, "we", "us") provides this service. You can reach us at support@aizombietrend.com.

When you use the site or buy a video, you agree to these terms. You also agree to our Privacy Policy, Refund Policy and Acceptable Use Policy.

You upload two photos. We make one 15-second, 9:16 vertical, 720p video with sound.
The story is fixed. One person appears as a movie-style zombie. The other person recognizes them and lowers a prop rifle. They hold each other, and the clip cuts to a warm memory of the two of them.
You cannot write your own prompt.
An AI model makes the video. Results vary, and faces or details can look different from your photos. The models we use are listed on AI models.

You must be 18 or older.
Both people in the photos must be 18 or older. You must have permission from both of them.
Do not upload photos of celebrities, public figures or children.
You confirm these points before you upload. We store the time, your IP address and the version of the text you confirmed.

Prices are on the pricing page: 1 video for $6.99, or 3 videos for $14.99, in US dollars.
You pay once. There is no subscription and you do not need an account.
You give an email address. We send a private link to your order to that address.
Anyone who has your private order link can see your order. Do not share the link if you want the video to stay private.
At launch you pay with PayPal. PayPal handles the payment under its own terms.
When card checkout opens, Waffo Pancake is the Merchant of Record for card payments. Waffo Pancake then sells the order to you, takes the payment and handles sales tax and receipts.

You keep the rights you have in your photos.
You allow us to use your photos only to make, check, store and deliver your video. We keep them only as long as the Privacy Policy says.
You can download, keep and share your finished video. When you post it, say that it is AI-generated.
We do not show your photos or videos in a public gallery. We do not use them to train AI models.

Follow the Acceptable Use Policy.
An automated NSFW classifier looks at both photos and at every video. We do not deliver content that the check blocks.
We can stop an order, delete its files and refuse future orders from anyone who breaks the policy.

We provide the site "as is". We work to keep it running, but we cannot promise that it is always available or free of errors.
As far as the law allows, our total liability for an order is the amount you paid for that order.
Nothing in these terms takes away rights that consumer law gives you where you live.

We can change these terms. The date at the top shows the last change. The terms that applied when you paid apply to that order.
